House Rules

POLICIES
Guests agree to the following policies as part of this booking agreement:
No more than 12 guests allowed on the premises
No pets allowed
Absolutely No glitter or confetti
Must remove all décor setups and tape on walls before check-out
Scottsdale quite hours are 10pm-8am local time. This is a residential area. Please be respectful of our neighbors
No more than 4 cars (2 in driveway + 2 on street)
No denying access to yard service or pool service workers
Additional Charges up to $1,000 will be incurred for the following:
Damage to the property, furnishings or linens
Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
Smoke or smoking of any kind in the home
Unauthorized guests as noted above
Bodily fluids left behind requiring excessive cleaning
Unauthorized gatherings or meeting
Any other cost incurred by the Femme House AZ due to guest
Unplugging or tampering with pool equipment is prohibited

PARKING: 4 vehicles max allowed
• 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
• 2 vehicles can be parked directly in front of the home, DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORING HOMES
Additional notes
48 hour cancellation policy. After 48 hours your reservation becomes non refundable. No exceptions. If booking directly you must return signed agreement within 48 hours to fully secure your reservation.

QUIET HOURS
- Outside quiet hours from 9:30PM - 8AM per Scottsdale noise ordinance.

POOL: Pool can be heated for an additional fee. No pool fence, practice caution with children.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS
- We provide an outdoor sound system and a small bluetooth speaker for guests to use. No additional speakers are allowed on the property. No Djs. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls to be respectful of our neighbors.

OUTSIDE VENDORS
- Outside vendors must be approved by hosts to not violate the additional guests rule. APPROVED Vendors Include: decorating services, private chefs, yoga instructors and photographers. UNAPPROVED Vendors: DJ’s, Cabana/Pool Boys, strippers.


*Please note - per the city of Scottsdale's policies, rental properties cannot occupy more than 6 adults and their dependent children at a time (Required Disclosure)

We have exterior cameras at the front exterior of the house pointing at the street and one over looking the yard. As an out of state host I use this passively to ensure guest and host safety. We employ passive noise level monitoring in the backyard.
